Refund Policy

At Maverick Marketing LLC ("Maverick"), we stand behind the quality of our work. Because of how our services are structured, refunds are handled as follows.

Setup fee

Your one-time setup fee covers the infrastructure, data preparation, and campaign buildout required to launch your account. Because this work begins shortly after payment, the setup fee is non-refundable once work has started.

Lead billing

We bill at the end of each month for the leads we produce. Since you're only billed for results already delivered, these charges are non-refundable.

If you believe a lead didn't meet the criteria outlined in your agreement, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Verified invalid leads will be credited or removed from your invoice. We review every dispute in good faith.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. You'll be billed for any leads delivered up to your cancellation date, and no further charges will occur after that.

Billing errors

If you believe you've been charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we'll review it promptly. Verified billing errors are refunded in full.
